A proud Midwesterner with a global perspective, Joe has led real estate connections across the U.S., Europe, and Puerto Rico—driving a lifetime economic impact of over $2.27 billion through his multifamily asset oversight.
Known for bridging the gap between ownership expectations and on-the-ground operations, Joe founded Casa Living to bring clarity to capital—delivering management solutions that align performance with profit. His leadership blends deep operational insight with data-driven strategy, helping investors maximize returns while fostering balance and purpose among site teams.
Joe’s background includes direct oversight of $500 million in assets under management, complex repositioning of distressed properties, and leading due diligence efforts for institutional acquisitions. He has served as a legislative advocate, industry educator, and strategic advisor to municipal housing task forces.
